Humble Hut

Tucked away in our Eastern Garden, the Humble Hut is a one-of-a-kind retreat crafted with character and care. Built almost entirely from upcycled and recycled materials — including timber salvaged from a Toowoomba bowling club and treasures passed on by our neighbours, Bill and Jenny Humble (the local legends who inspired its name) — this little hideaway carries with it a story of sustainability and community spirit.

At the heart of the hut is a deep outdoor bath, where guests can sink into steaming hot water beneath festoon lights or a canopy of a million stars. An outdoor firepit flickers nearby, ready to keep you warm as you sip a glass of local Granite Belt wine and perhaps indulge in a little chocolate salad. Designed for privacy, romance, and pure relaxation, the Humble Hut is a reminder that simple pleasures, when paired with thoughtful touches, create truly unforgettable moments.
