We are located 2.6km (including our 600 metre driveway) from the Post Office in the centre of Stanthorpe township, which takes less than 3 minutes to drive. Surrounded by 30 acres of bush land, many guests are surprised just how close yet remote they feel from town. Above is a photograph of our property and proximity to the centre of town.
Breakfast is an extra you can add to your stay. Check out our delicious breakfast boxes and chose from either a continental or fry up box you can cook yourself in your cottage at your leisure. Dietary requirements can be accommodated. Simply add your breakfast box when making your booking and it will be in your cottage fridge on arrival.
We LOVE animals here at Diamondvale Estate, our priority though is to our free roaming wildlife and our resident chickens and horses. We unfortunately cannot allow guests to bring their pets, and many of the natural attractions in the region also do not allow pets.
We suggest checking out https://granitebeltwinecountry.com.au/dogfriendlyaccommodation/ for places that will suit you and your furry friend. Alternatively, Allyson Abraham offers pet sitting locally and is a member of national company Mad Paws and comes highly recommended for day stays (pickup your furry friend from her to explore the region together) or overnight throughout your stay with us.
Yes! All our cottages have slow wood burning combustion fireplaces, Coolibah Cottage has its own private outdoor firepit too, which are easy to use and keep your cottage toasty warm throughout the day and night. We LOVE love! Diamondvale Estate can host intimate gatherings only, so if something small and unique is your vision please give us a call to discuss. Please visit our Weddings page for further details.
We love bringing people together to make special memories, a group stay is not the same as an all night party though! The Pioneer Hut is the perfect location by the creek to enjoy time together, we do request quiet time (no amplified music) from 10pm for the enjoyment of all guests. Whilst we are located on 30 acres, our neighbours across the creek and our own family enjoy the peace and quiet also.
