Exhibition:Chris Worfold – Numinous
Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery presents a mind-blowing exhibition of Chris’s large-scale artworks and accompanying Stanthorpe Art Collection pieces. This Gallery take-over is not to be missed!
Having Chris exhibit is a major coup for Stanthorpe. Chris is world-renowned and has exhibited in Taipei, Seoul, Paris, and New York. Chris Worfold is both a superb draughtsman and technician but that’s not what the works are all about. His innate and well-trained skills are put to work exploring visual possibilities and paradoxes. There is a fecund imagination at work here drawing from a deep knowledge of the art and history of easel painting.

Walk the banks of the creek to photograph waterscapes and bird life, capture the unique light of the bush and Granite formations at golden hour, and learn how to use your own equipment to create fine art for you to enjoy in your own home.
After your two hour walking workshop with hands on instruction and guidance in creating your own photographic art, enjoy a delicious morning tea or evening charcuterie platter with your fellow photography enthusiasts and Elizabeth.
